How can I make a booking?

You can book online, by phone call or Whatsapp.

What happens if my flight or ship is delayed?

The driver monitors for all delays and is present on your arrival time.

How do I meet the driver?

From the Airport or Port
At the arrivals lounge of the Airport or Port the driver will be holding a sign with the name of the main passenger which was provided during the booking process.
To the Airport or PORT
If the collection point is a hotel, the driver will meet you in the lobby at the entrance of the hotel. If collection point is a private home or apartment, you will have to wait at the point specified at the time indicated in the booking confirmation.

Is my booking a private or a shared transfer?

All bookings offered are for private transfers and only with legal vehicle. We will transfer you in a legal vehicle for a private transfer. This allows you to avoid queues, save waiting times for other passengers and enable you to go straight to your destination without any stops.

Is allowed the transfer with pets?

It is allowed the transfer with pets.
 

What if I am travelling with children?

Children are also considered passengers. When you are booking your transfer, you may order if you want more safety for your children, child seats and your driver will install them.

Are the prices per vehicle?

Our prices are per vehicle. We collaborate only with legal vehicles carrying from 1 to 8 passengers maximum. In case you are more than 8 passengers then automatically you will need to contact us.
